• Your trade type (e.g. window & door installer, builder, joiner)
• Details of what you're looking to order

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't collect any personal data automatically just by you browsing the site.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to:

• Respond to your trade account application and set up your account
• Contact you about pricing, stock, orders and delivery
• Answer any enquiry you've sent us

Our legal basis for this is that it's necessary to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement with you (a trade account), and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries from people who've contacted us.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your personal data to anyone. We only share it with the service providers we rely on to run the site and our business — for example, our website host and email provider — and only to the extent needed for them to provide that service to us. We don't transfer your data outside the UK.

How long we keep it

We keep trade account and enquiry information for as long as you hold an active account with us, or for a reasonable period after your last contact with us if no account is opened, after which it's securely deleted. We may need to keep some records for longer where we have a legal or accounting obligation to do so.
